We offer our employees medical and dental benefits, group term life insurance, paid time off and a 403(b) retirement program. Ettie Lee observes nine paid holidays and two personal days annually. All employees, with the exception of contract workers, are eligible for these benefits. Specific details regarding qualifications for benefits are outlined in Ettie Lee’s Personnel Manual.

Ettie Lee also provides employees the opportunity for professional growth and advancement within the organization.
